To reset your WhatPulse password, you can send yourself an email with a link to set a new password. To start that process, enter your email on this page on our website. Inside the email there's a link to set another password for your account.
After you've updated your password on the website, you also need to update your password in your client(s). You can do that through the Account tab and the Change Password button. You'll get the window below where you can enter your new password and save it.
